We produce and market fruit and vegetablesgrown outdoors. We have3. 4hectaresown, dedicated to both the production of fruit and vegetables and the cultivation of Arbequina olive trees, very typical of our Mediterranean region.
THE FARMS
The farm consists of
different types of soiland this allows us to have a diversity of crops that require a specific type of soil. The proximity of the Mediterranean Sea gives the land amicroclimatetypical of mild and humid winters, ideal for growing brassicas in winter. On the contrary, with the plots located further in the interior of the province we get sandier terrain, with less humidity and higher altitude, acquiring a difference of 3 degrees less than on the coast. Ideal farm temperature for growing melons in summer.
We havevarying degrees of difference in temperature between some farms and others, thus making the production climate themore conducivefor our crops.
