100% organic Arbequina EVOO
The Tarragona area is characterized by both the cultivation of olive trees and the production of Arbequina olive oil, very typical of the Mediterranean.
It is a variety of olive that provides softness and flavor, of a deep green color and intense aroma. The Arbequina olive is one of the most appreciated for being an oil with less spiciness and bitterness than other varieties.
We have eight hectares of 100% Arbequina organic olive trees in the Baix Camp region, from which we extract the production annually for the production of our oil 'MIN'.

Extraction process
Once the harvesting campaign began at the beginning of NovemberThe harvest is pressed daily to prevent any possible deterioration that the olives may suffer.
The first press Oil is made from coldIn this way, the temperature, speed and time to which the oil is exposed during extraction can be better controlled.
In this way we try to achieve the best possible quality for the oil, since it is a unique and highly valuable product that must be cared for from start to finish.
